Logging in to a Team Meeting

When you click on the Meeting Link we email to you:

  • You can select Cancel in the small window labeled “Open Zoom.us” or Select Open Zoom.us. picture below.
  • You can install Zoom on your device using the “Download Now” shown at the bottom of the picture below.
  • If you have Zoom installed on your device and can’t log in, you may need to update.
  •  If you don’t want to install Zoom, you can use the “Join from your Browser” shown at the bottom of the picture below.

Four (4) Team Meetings will fulfill your Biennial Training required by the Mills.

Registration form is needed for each Team Meeting. The meetings start at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

IMPORTANT

  • Mark your Calendar for the Meetings you signed up for.
  • Registration will close about 24 hours before the Team Meetings.
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration.
    • Please check your information carefully, especially your email address.
    • You can edit your registration.
  • We will send a reminder about one week and again a few days before the Team Meeting.
    • If you get a reminder, you are registered.
  • Zoom:
    • Zoom invites will be emailed 1-hour before the meeting. Check your Spam folder if you don’t see it.
    • Please wear a headset or earbuds to minimize background noise

After the meeting:

  • A certificate of participation is provided to every CFIU Member who attends and remains present for the entire meeting.
  • Save your Certificates to submit to us when you’re due for renewal/update as required by the mills every two years.
  • The list of attendees is promoted on Linkedin
  • The list is emailed to flooring manufacturers, distributors, and retailers with each member’s name, location, email address, and phone number.

Can’t make it?

  • Members who can’t make the meeting can purchase the recording for $25.00.
  • A payment link will be sent after the meeting.
